The Canada Revenue Agency pays the Ontario Sales Tax Credit, Ontario Energy and Property Tax Credit and the Northern Ontario Energy Credit together monthly as the Ontario Trillium Benefit (OTB). However, Ontario Regulation 468/11 originally provided that annual OTB entitlements of $240 or less are paid as a lump-sum. Ontario Regulation 362/12 amends Ontario Regulation 468/11 by increasing the maximum OTB entitlement that will be paid as a lump-sum to $360 beginning in July 2013.

There are no Cap and Trade Offsets associated with this Regulation. This Regulation amends an existing regulation; it does not revoke or replace any other Regulation.
