Six organizations are designated as public service agencies under the French Language Services Act: Carlington Community Health Centre/Centre de santé communautaire Carlington, Centre de santé communautaire de Kapuskasing et région, Centre de santé communautaire de Nipissing Ouest/West Nipissing Community Health Centre, Centre de santé communautaire du Grand Sudbury, Le centre de santé communautaire du Témiskaming, and Services aux victimes Prescott Russell Victim Services.
The designation of two agencies is modified to reflect a change in their name: Community Living Kirkland Lake and Intégration communautaire Hearst Community Living.
The designation of three agencies is modified to reflect their amalgamation: North Eastern Ontario Family and Children's Services/Services à la famille et à l'enfance du Nord-Est de l'Ontario.
