Removing Ipperwash Provincial Park from the list of parks in Ontario Regulation 70/09. The Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) no longer regulates activities in the area comprising the former Ipperwash Provincial Park.

Two minor housekeeping amendments were also made to ensure consistency with the terminology used in Ontario Regulation 347/07, Provincial Parks: General Provisions, under the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006 (PPCRA).

The "interior campsite" definition in Ontario Regulation 70/09 did not reflect the definition for this term in the PPCRA regulation.

The second change is typographical and will hyphenate the current term "campsite," changing it to "camp-site."
