On January 25, 2013, MCSCS filed O. Reg. 37/13, which amends O. Reg. 778 under the Ministry of Correctional Services Act by substituting the words "disciplinary measures" for the word "penalties" and "misconduct" for the word "offence" in several places. These amendments were made to better align with the language in the Regulation with that in the regulation-making power in the Act.
