Summary of Proposal:
In Budget 2011, the government announced its intention to "require plans to file Statements of Investment Policies and Procedures (SIPPs) with the regulator and disclose whether or not their SIPPs address environmental, social or governance factors."
The proposed amendment to Regulation 909 would implement this initiative. A description of the content of the proposed regulation is attached to this posting.
