O. Reg. 215/14 amends R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 737 under the Northern Services Boards Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapter L.28. This amendment adds the Power of Garbage to the powers of the Local Services Board of Goulais and District. The power of garbage collection allows the Local Services Board to establish and maintain a system for the collection and removal of garbage or contract for the collection, removal and disposal of garbage.
