Regulatory amendment establishes a French version of and minor corrections to O. Reg 783/94 under the Liquor Licence Act. Specifically, the minor corrections were intended to remove references to Regulations 721, 723 and 434/93, which all related to the possession of liquor in parks and conservation areas. These regulations were revoked in 2009 and replaced by a new combined regulation covering the same subject matter, O. Reg. 70/09 (Possession of Liquor in Certain Parks and Conservation Areas). The amending regulation updated O. Reg. 783/94 to reflect these changes.
