Regulatory amendment to O. Reg. 141/01 under the Alcohol and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act to change references to Regulation 717 (General) under the LCA to instead refer to Regulation 290/15 (Government Stores) under the LCA, and to give the AGCO the authority to provide information about the boundaries of census divisions, as they relate to the geographic criteria for the new retail grocery stores.

Changes to Regulations 718 (General), 719 (Licences to Sell Liquor), and 720 (Manufacturers' Licences) under the LLA are consequential to changes previously made to the LCA (i.e. clarification regarding the type of store referred to in regulations under the LLA) and other minor housekeeping amendments.
