The Ministry of Infrastructure is proposing a regulatory amendment to clarify that Infrastructure Ontario (IO) can provide refinancing to eligible borrowers under the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011 that qualify under the Canada Mortgage Housing Corporation's (CMHC) Loan Prepayment Flexibility Program announced in Spring 2016.
