Summary of Proposal:
In preparation for the federal legalization of cannabis, Ontario has developed a safe and sensible framework to govern recreational cannabis within the province, which includes the sale of cannabis through a Crown corporation.

To support the implementation of Ontario's cannabis retail and distribution model, regulations and operational policies may stipulate rules impacting the operation of the OCRC. This paper describes the retail and distribution related regulations being considered under
