a)expand the use of crown caps for all VQA wines, currently it is only permitted for sparkling wines
b)eliminate rules for sweetness descriptors for VQA table wines, currently the use of sweetness descriptors on labels is optional
c)correct conflict between brix levels of Vin de curé wines in Table 2 and Appendix A of the regulation
