Summary of Proposal:
Section 4 of the General Regulation (O. Reg. 329/04) under PHIPA will be revoked on July 1, 2010. Section 4 relates to records about an individual which contain both personal health information and other personal information that is not health information. Section 4 is no longer needed as the content of the section was incorporated into s. 4(3) of PHIPA in December 2009 through an amendment to PHIPA.
