The ministry seeks to amend Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 156/18 of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 (CYFSA) to enable an updated form for complaints to children's aid societies. The amendment will change the version date for the Formal Complaint to a Society's Internal Complaints Review Panel (ICRP) form that is prescribed in the regulation.
