Summary of Proposal:
The Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) provides pooled investment management services to Broader Public Sector (BPS) entities that meet the membership eligibility criteria under the IMCO Act.
The proposed regulatory amendment would prescribe Tarion Warranty Corporation as an eligible member of IMCO. This would allow Tarion Warranty Corporation to hire IMCO to manage the Tarion Guarantee Fund, if it so desires.
