The Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission has amended R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 753 (Grades, Standards, Designations, Classes, Packing and Marking), under the Milk Act to update the table in Section 11 (Milk Class Table).
The amendments, which align with Canada's national dairy strategy, update the Milk Class Table in Regulation 753 to include additional classes of milk specific to dairy products for which the local board will, according to class, differentially bill processors for milk purchased.
