Summary of Proposal:
Ontario Regulation 390/19 made under the Act (the "Prescribed Organization Regulation") is a regulation which lists organizations that may be considered by the Minister of Health for transfer into Ontario Health, an Ontario Health Team, or a health service provider in accordance with subsection 40(1) of the Act. The transferors listed in the Prescribed Organization Regulation are in addition to those listed in s.40(2) of the Act. The Ministry of Health is proposing to have the Prescribed Organization Regulation amended to prescribe "the program of UHN known as CCSO" as an organization which may be transferred by a Minister's order under subsection 40(1) of the Act.

Analysis of Regulatory Impact:
The proposed amendment will not result in administrative costs to business or to UHN which operates CCSO.
