A regulation was made under the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 (RHPA) which extended the period of time by 12 months for health regulatory colleges to amend or revoke regulations and by-laws to ensure that they conform with the labour mobility provisions of the Health Professions Procedural Code, which is Schedule 2 of the RHPA.
