Summary of Decision:
The following amendments have been made to O. Reg. 329/04:
-Paragraph 6 of subsection 13 (1) of the Regulation is amended by changing
"Colorectal Cancer Screening Registry" to "Ontario Cancer Screening Registry"
Paragraph 7 of subsection 13 (1) of the Regulation is amended by changing "Ontario Perinatal Surveillance System" to "Better Outcomes Registry and Network".

Summary of Proposal:
The proposed regulation would make the following amendments to the existing regulation under PHIPA, Regulation 329/04:
• Amend paragraph 6 of s. 13(1) of O.Reg. 329/04 to prescribe Cancer Care Ontario in respect of the Ontario Cancer Screening Registry, instead of the Colorectal Cancer Screening Registry, to encompass all of Cancer Care Ontario’s cancer screening programs.
• Amend paragraph 7 of s. 13(1) of O.Reg. 329/04 to replace the former name of the prescribed registry that is being operated by the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario with the new name: Better Outcomes Registry and Network.
• Amend paragraph 6 of s. 13(1) of O.Reg. 329/04 to prescribe Cancer Care Ontario in respect of the Ontario Cancer Screening Registry, instead of the Colorectal Cancer Screening Registry, to encompass all of Cancer Care Ontario’s cancer screening programs.
