The government is proposing an amendment to the Customer Service Standard (O. Reg. 429/07) under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. The amendment will ensure that the compliance and enforcement provisions to be regulated in the Integrated Accessibility Regulation apply to the Customer Service Standard. The Integrated Accessibility Regulation will designate the Licence Appeal Tribunal to hear appeals of director’s orders under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabil
