Summary of Proposal:
The proposal is to amend Regulation 175 under the Construction Lien Act to reflect recent amendments to the Construction Lien Act in the Open for Business Act, 2010. Regulation 175 will be amended to remove Form 9, Affidavit of Verification of Lien Claim Under Section 34 of the Act, amend Forms 6, 7, 12 and 13 to remove references to the affidavit of verification and create a new Form 24, Notice of Intention to Register a Condominium in accordance with the Condominium Act, 1998 under Section 33.1 of the Act.
