Summary of Proposal:
It is proposed that the following regulations be revoked as they became spent as of 10/10/1997:

Regulation 791 (Occupational Therapy Bursaries) under the Ministry of Health Act prescribed the rules for receipt of bursaries by applicants within the meaning of the regulation. The bursaries were available to eligible applicants to assist with financing of an academic year of education and training in occupational therapy. The regulation set out the amount of the bursary, the application process, the locations where the applicant could complete training (a designated hospital or board of health), and the rules for repayment upon the occurrence of certain circumstances.

Regulation 792 (Physiotherapy Bursaries) under the Ministry of Health Act prescribed the rules for receipt of bursaries by applicants within the meaning of the regulation.
