Summary of Proposal:
Proposed amendments to the Regulation 719 would eliminate or revise a number of requirements to provide more flexibility to licensees in the service of liquor and make changes consistent with the transfer of adjudication from the AGCO to the Licence Appeal Tribunal(LAT). Amendments to Regulation 389/91 would streamline the eight categories of SOPs to three, revise a number of requirements to provide more flexibility to event organizers and make changes consistent with the transfer of adjudication from the AGCO to LAT.

Amendments to Regulation 720 under the LLA, Regulations 385/99 and 197/95 of the GCA and Regulation 405/00 under the VQAA are proposed consistent with the transfer of adjudication from the AGCO to LAT.

Amendments to Regulations 718 and 58/00 under the LLA are proposed to update the identification requirements.
