Summary of Decision:
This Regulation authorizes the Minister of Government Services, or his delegate, to disclose information maintained in the Business Directory to other Ministries and government agencies that are members of the Business Directory.

The Business Directory utilizes a common business number in order to improve the sharing of other business information between the Government of Canada, the Minister of Government services and other Ontario ministries, in accordance with federal and provincial law.

To facilitate this, the following statute is named to Ontario Regulation 442/95:

- The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.
