Summary of Proposal:
As part of the Open For Business initiative, forms were moved from the Regulations to the Ontario Government website. This involved amending R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 690. As part of this process, a new regulation was created to exclusively deal with forms. O. Reg 26/99 and O. Reg 27/99 were revoked and the provisions of these regulations were incorporated into R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 690 or the new Forms regulation. Other minor regulatory amendments were made to update outdated provisions and references.
