Summary of Proposal:
As part of the Open For Business initiative, forms were moved from the Regulations to the Ontario Government website. This involved amending R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 995 and O. Reg 43/96. As part of this process, a new regulation was created to exclusively deal with forms. O. Reg 21/99 and O. Reg 22/99 were revoked and the provisions of these regulations were incorporated into R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 995 or the new Forms regulation. R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 992 was revoked and the provisions were incorporated into a Minister's Order. Other minor regulatory amendments were made to update outdated provisions and references.
