Summary of Decision:
This regulation was filed as O. Reg. 110/12 on May 29, 2012 and came into force on that day. It amends O.R. 473/07 (Licences for Driving Instructors and Driving Schools)by changing two minor sections as follows:
o Correcting a cross-reference in subsection 4(2) from section 33 to section 35.
o Eliminating redundancy by revoking clause 5(1)(a), which requires two photographs of the driving instructor licence applicant. This requirement is no longer necessary as the applicant's driver's licence photograph is now used.
