We are proposing a minor change to the transition regulation for the Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe. The change would support implementation of a standard method to calculate the amount of land needed for development until 2041, known as a land needs assessment. This will help municipalities to ensure land is used efficiently.

The government is proposing three new regulations made under the RHPA that would:
1- Identify criteria for the purposes of determining whether an individual is a patient, in the context of sexual abuse
2- Establish additional information relating to the conduct of regulated health professionals that health regulatory colleges must maintain on the public register
3- Prescribe offences for the purposes of clause 51 (5.2) (a) of the Health Professions Procedural Code

The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (Ministry) proposed amendments to Ontario Regulation 79/10 (Regulation) under the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007 (LTCHA). The proposed amendments would allow Long -Term Long-Term Care (LTC) Rate Reduction Program applicants an option to submit alternative supporting documents with their application form instead of the Notice of Assessment (NOA) document.

The Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission is proposing to make amendments to Ontario Regulation 125/04 (Apples - Marketing) which adjust timelines for the negotiation of annual agreements between the Ontario Apple Growers (OAG) and juice apple processors. The Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission (Commission) is proposing to amend Regulation 761 under the Milk Act. The amendments were requested by Dairy Farmers of Ontario (DFO) after consultation with dairy farmers and industry stakeholders. DFO's request resulted from an agreement to harmonize milk quality programs in Eastern Canada. The proposed amendments would make changes to the raw milk quality program including animal care and welfare requirements for dairy cattle.
