To receive an RSS feed, you must first have an RSS reader or aggregator. It is a software application that monitors the feed for new or changed content and 'pulls' the updates to you, the subscriber. Web-based news readers allows you to access your RSS feed subscriptions from a browser. Other RSS readers are applications that you can download into your computer, some of which are free.
