Regulations under the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002 (FBCSA)
The FBCSA is a harmonization, consolidation and modernization of two existing statutes, the Cemeteries Act (Revised) and the Funeral Directors and Establishments Act. In order to bring the new Act into force, the government must develop the necessary regulations to accompany it.
