Proposed Regulatory Amendments to Regulation 16 under the Agricultural and Horticultural Organizations Act

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness is proposing amendments Regulation 16 under the Agricultural and Horticultural Organizations Act (AHOA) regarding: • To provide details on the options allowed for financial reporting for agricultural and horticultural organizations. • To allow for a one-time centennial grant to celebrate and commemorate the 100th anniversary of horticultural societies.
