The Fresh Grape Growers Marketing Board (the “Board”) has requested that Regulation 411 be amended to allow for a revised governance structure of the Board. The proposed changes would reduce the number of Board districts from six to five, and would change the ratio of growers to committee representatives from 1 to 30 to 1 to 10.
