The College of Veterinarians of Ontario (CVO), proposes to make a regulation to amend Regulation 1093 under the Veterinarians Act to come into compliance with the Ontario Labour Mobility Act, 2009 (OLMA) and to revoke the Public Service licence. A Council of the CVO Regulation must be reviewed by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and is subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
