The Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs proposes to revoke R.R.O 1990, Regulation 379 Grades – Hog Carcasses (Regulation 379).

The Fresh Grape Growers Marketing Board (the “Board”) has requested that Regulation 411 be amended to allow for a revised governance structure of the Board. The proposed changes would reduce the number of Board districts from six to five, and would change the ratio of growers to committee representatives from 1 to 30 to 1 to 10. The proposed amendment would respond to decreasing numbers of fresh grape growers in the industry.
