Liquor Licence Act

An exemption was provided to BottleWorks, a company operated by Ottawa charity Operation Come Home, to allow it to deal exclusively with the local Beau's All Natural Brewing Company. The province has amended the regulations under the Liquor Licence Act so that licensed liquor delivery services can now buy alcohol directly from any authorized retail store, including small craft breweries and wineries, instead of only from the LCBO or The Beer Store.

2008 Physician Services Agreement Investments for September 2011 - Amendments to Regulations Under the Health Insurance Act and Corresponding Changes to the Schedule of Benefits for Physician Services

The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care has submitted changes to the Health Insurance Act and Regulation 552 resulting in changes to OHIP payments through the Schedule of Benefits for Physician Services. Proposed Amendment to O. Regulation 340/01 (Designation – Ontario Ginseng Growers’ Association) regarding licence fees

At the request of the Ontario Ginseng Growers’ Association (OGGA), the Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission is proposing to amend O. Reg. 340/01 to increase the current licence fee paid by ginseng growers to the Association. The proposed regulatory amendment would increase the annual licence fee levied by the OGGA from $50 per acre of ginseng grown to $75 per acre.

Industry proposed changes to the Beef Cattle Financial Protection Program

At the request of Beef Cattle Financial Protection Program Inc. (a not-for-profit corporation governed by a Board of Directors. OMAFRA is proposing amendments to the regulations governing the Beef Cattle Financial Protection Program. The proposed changes would result in: an increased level of compensation for losses; expanded coverage and greater protection to Country Dealers and others involved in private treaty sales; and updated payment requirements in line with current banking methods.

Proposed Changes to the Term of a Licence for Provincially Licensed Meat Plants through Amendments under the Food Safety and Quality Act, 2001 (FSQA).
