This regulation prescribes the forms to be used when a party wishes to file with the Superior Court of Justice a determination or order made by the Ontario Labour Relations Board in a duty of fair representation matter.

Starting July 2012, the Canada Revenue Agency began paying the Ontario Sales Tax Credit, Ontario Energy and Property Tax Credit and the Northern Ontario Energy Credit together monthly as the Ontario Trillium Benefit. This Regulation will specify the time and manner in which small payments (between $2 and $360) will be made to individuals.

An exemption was provided to BottleWorks, a company operated by Ottawa charity Operation Come Home, to allow it to deal exclusively with the local Beau's All Natural Brewing Company. The province has amended the regulations under the Liquor Licence Act so that licensed liquor delivery services can now buy alcohol directly from any authorized retail store, including small craft breweries and wineries, instead of only from the LCBO or The Beer Store.
