Past Proposals
The Ministry of Transportation is proposing twelve fee increases for driver, vehicle and carrier products and services, as indicated in Section 17(1) of Regulation 628 (Vehicle Permits), Section 1 of Regulation 381/98 (Special Permits), Section 26 (1) of Regulation 340/94 (Drivers' Licences), Section 8 of Regulation 473/07 (Licences for Driving Instructors and Driving Schools), and Section 1 of Regulation 273/07 (Administrative Penalties) under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA).
