New Regulations made under the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991
The government is proposing three new regulations made under the RHPA that would:
1- Identify criteria for the purposes of determining whether an individual is a patient, in the context of sexual abuse
2- Establish additional information relating to the conduct of regulated health professionals that health regulatory colleges must maintain on the public register
3- Prescribe offences for the purposes of clause 51 (5.2) (a) of the Health Professions Procedural Code
Amendment to R.R.O. 1990 Regulation 761, (Milk and Milk Products) under the Milk Act.
The Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission (Commission) is proposing to amend Regulation 761 under the Milk Act. The amendments were requested by Dairy Farmers of Ontario (DFO) after consultation with dairy farmers and industry stakeholders. DFO's request resulted from an agreement to harmonize milk quality programs in Eastern Canada. The proposed amendments would make changes to the raw milk quality program including animal care and welfare requirements for dairy cattle.
