Proposed amendments to regulations under the Condominium Act, 1998 to delegate the administration of certain forms under the Condominium Act, 1998 to the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO), subject to approval of the Minister of Government and Consumer Services. These proposed regulatory amendments under the Condominium Act, 1998, if approved, are proposed to come into force on January 1, 2020 with respect to 17 forms and July 1, 2020 with respect to 2 forms.

This proposal describes the Ministry of the Solicitor General's proposal for amendments to regulation under the Ministry of Correctional Services Act, 1990, related to: 1. Independent reviews of segregation placements; 2. Duration of disciplinary segregation; and 3. Parole consideration when inmates have waived their right to a parole hearing.

Consultation on the Driver Care Plan reforms of the: 1. Catastrophic Impairment Default Benefit Limit; and 2. Care, Not Cash Default.

The Ministry of Finance is seeking public input on proposed reforms that would implement key aspects of the Driver Care Plan that are included in the Putting Drivers First blueprint announced in the 2019 Ontario Budget. These reforms would ensure that consumers have enough auto insurance coverage to protect themselves and their families in the event of an auto accident and that injured claimants receive faster access to treatment and care.
