Proposed amendments to Wells Regulation 903

Regulation 903 as amended to O. Reg. 128/03 made under the Ontario Water Resources Act (OWRA), sets out minimum standards for the construction and proper decommissioning of all types of wells. If implemented, the proposed amendments to Regulation 903 would improve clarity and enforceability of the regulation and build on amendments made to the regulation in 2003.
