We are proposing to amend the Independent Forest Audit Process and Protocol.
The proposed revisions will address recommendations from a recent review of Ontario Regulation 319/20: Independent Forest Audits. The goal is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of independent forest audits across the province's managed forests.

The Ministry of Health (ministry) is consulting on potential scope expansions for pharmacists, including assessing and prescribing for 14 additional minor ailments, ordering laboratory tests, performing additional point-of-care tests, and communicating a diagnosis to support the assessment for some ailments. The ministry will also explore the barriers limiting pharmacists from ordering laboratory tests and POCTs in hospital settings.
Additionally, the ministry is seeking feedback on the implementation of authorizing pharmacy technicians to administer more vaccines and on the implementation of an adult publicly funded vaccine bundle, and improvements to the MedsCheck program.

The purpose of the proposed regulatory amendments is to broaden the Ontario Securities Commission's (OSC) delivery methods of investigation summonses to recipients (in addition to personal service).
The Ministry of Finance proposes removing the personal service requirement and introducing several other methods for the OSC to deliver summonses to recipients.

The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD) is seeking feedback on a potential new regulation under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) that would require certain workplace parties to ensure that records of cleaning of washroom facilities are posted. Consequential amendments to existing sector regulations under the OHSA are also proposed. This proposal is contingent on proposed amendments to the OHSA, found in Bill 190, being passed by the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, receiving Royal Assent, and coming into force, as introduced.

The Ministry of Finance (MOF) is seeking comments on its proposal to amend O. Reg. 664 (Automobile Insurance) under the Insurance Act to:
1. Increase the minor accident property damage threshold to $5,000 in harmonization with changes made by the Ministry of Transportation to Reg. 596 under the Highway Traffic Act.
The MOF is also seeking comments on its proposal to amend the Insurance Act, and regulations under the Insurance Act and the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act, to:
1. Expand the permitted use of electronic communications to make the insurance experience more convenient.
2. Provide certainty for insurers, and enhance consumer protection, regarding a notice sent by prepaid courier
