Amend Regulation 683 (Reg. 683) in order to remove the fixed address condition of a specimen collection centre licence which stipulates that a specimen collection centre remains at the address shown on its licence.

Proposed amendments to R. R. O. 1990 Regulation 418 (Greenhouse Vegetables - Plan) would limit the number of years a greenhouse vegetable grower could serve as a director on the board of the Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Growers (OGVG) before having a break in service. In addition, the proposed amendments would grant the OGVG board the authority to appoint any grower to the board or to a committee, subject to certain conditions.
