Amendments to Reg. 194 under the Courts of Justice Act (Rules of Civil Procedure) forms and rules for estate proceedings in the Superior Court of Justice

This consultation is part of a commitment made by Ontario's Chief Prevention Officer (CPO) to review the Working at Heights training program and provider standards every five years. The intent of the review is to ensure the CPO's Working at Heights training standards remain effective, and will allow the continued delivery of high-quality working at heights training that saves lives.

The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks has amended the Emissions Performance Standards (EPS) and greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting programs to clarify requirements, improve efficiency and address fundamental changes in some Ontario industries.

Through the Building More Mines Act, 2023, the Ministry of Mines ("Ministry") sought public comment during spring 2023 on proposals to make changes to the Mining Act and its associated regulations. The Ministry is now proposing regulatory amendments that support the goals of the legislative amendments.
