The Commission, with the support of the industry is proposing to make amendments to Regulation 440 (Vegetables for Processing - Marketing), which would change some existing negotiation deadlines and also provide the processors, green shippers, and the Ontario Processing Vegetable Growers (OPVG) with the flexibility to use different negotiation deadline dates if all parties agreed and notified the Commission in writing.
