The Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (the Ministry) is posting this Information Notice on the Regulatory Registry for the purpose of informing the public that a decision has been made by the Lieutenant Governor In Council to exempt the Minister of Energy in respect of certain divestment activities described in the 2015 Ontario Budget from the requirements of the Environmental Assessment Act.
