To better promote accessibility of Ontario laws, the government has amended a number of regulations to remove inaccessible form graphics (scanned images of forms embedded in the regulation) and incorporate the forms by reference to an external website, such as the Central Forms Repository or Ontario Court Forms, where accessible versions of the forms will be available to the public.

The government is seeking feedback on a proposed list of agricultural products that would be eligible for Production Insurance, once the Agricultural Insurance Act, 2015 comes into force. It is proposed that all agricultural products currently covered by Production Insurance continue to be eligible, with the addition of bees. The government will be working with the agricultural industry to explore the feasibility of offering Production Insurance for other products.

The Ministry of Transportation is proposing eleven fee increases for driver and vehicle products and services, as indicated in Section 17(1) of Regulation 628 (Vehicle Permits), Section 1 of Regulation 381/98 (Special Permits), and Section26 (1) of Regulation 340/94 (Drivers' Licences) under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA).

The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting Regulation (O. Reg. 452/09) requires facilities operating in Ontario that emit 25,000 tonnes or more of carbon dioxide equivalent in a given year to report their greenhouse gas emissions data. The proposed amendments to the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting Regulation are intended to reflect internationally-accepted values and align the regulation with federal and other provincial quantification methods, while streamlining implementation for reporters.
