The purpose of this information notice is to advise the public that administrative amendments have been made to Ontario Regulation 284/07 "Source Protection Areas and Regions". Amendments include a small extension to the North Bay - Mattawa source protection area boundary to capture the full area that contributes water to the municipal well. In addition minor corrections to municipal names and changes to reflect current practices of storing digital files were made.

The purpose of this posting is to provide general notice to the public that amendments will be made to Ontario Regulation 230/08 (Species at Risk in Ontario List) in response to a report received by the Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry from the Committee on the Status of Species at Risk in Ontario (COSSARO) on December 31, 2014. These changes to the Species at Risk in Ontario (SARO) List are mandatory and are consistent with the Endangered Species Act, 2007.

This regulation amends O. Reg. 308/13 to ensure the latter is revoked on the same date section 80.1 of the Act is revoked.

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) is implementing new planning application fees that recover the full cost of providing land use planning services.

Ontario Regulation 458/97 currently provides that Public Sector Labour Relations Transition Act, 1997 (PSLRTA) applies upon amalgamation of two or more listed Children's Aid Societies (CASs). Ministry of Labour (MOL) is consulting on whether the Regulation should be amended to include two or more additional CASs for which PSLRTA will apply upon amalgamation. Additional CASs listed will only include those where amalgamating CASs and trade unions have indicated agreement that PSLRTA should apply.
