Amendments to O. Reg. 258/98 under the Courts of Justice Act (Rules of the Small Claims Court) authorizing and establishing new electronic processes in Small Claims Court proceedings.

Ontario Regulations 369/11 and 394/10 under the HSA and RTA were amended to remove references to the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation (OMHC) in both regulations as a result of the OMHC being dissolved on March 31, 2021.

The Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission has amended R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 761: Milk and Milk Products under the Milk Act to extend dairy plant licences and grader certificates.
The amendments also replace a reference to the revoked Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act with the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act and correct an amendment error made in 2018.

The Ministry of Health is proceeding with posting a notice of a proposed regulation under PHIPA for public consultation in the period October 31 to December 30, 2020.
The proposed amendments to O. Reg. 329/04 (General) under PHIPA will name the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) as a prescribed ministry for purposes of section 46 of PHIPA.

On July 8, 2020, the Building Transit Faster Act, 2020 (BTFA) came into force, introducing measures that streamline project delivery and support the accelerated completion of the four priority projects identified in Ontario's "New Subway Transit Plan for the GTA." The Ministry of Transportation is seeking to delegate the following functions under the BTFA from the Minister to Metrolinx: corridor development permits; entering lands; compensation; enforcement; and administration.

The Ministry of Health is proposing a new regulation under section 44 of the Connecting Care Act, 2019 (CCA) concerning engagement with the Francophone community. The proposed regulation would specify French language health planning entities and set out the duties of Ontario Health in engaging and collaborating with the French language health planning entities.
